Theatre West achieves its mission by
- Providing opportunities for community members to become part of a group through participation, volunteerism, and membership
- Fostering an enthusiastic, respected and hard working corps of individuals who serve as staff, volunteers, and board members
- Providing hands-on learning experiences in all aspects of theatre production and management
- Creating opportunities for children and adults to develop talents in all aspects of theatre arts
- Creating a venue for youth and families to participate in theatrical productions
- Awarding college scholarships to local youth who have participated in Theatre West productions
